People Who Swear

I recently read a study that suggested people who swear a lot (AKA: Me) tend to be more honest and upfront.  I couldn't agree more.  I truly believe that cussing is healthy and feel it has powers that help reduce stress and anxiety.   A good ole' screaming session laced with every swear word in the book is sure to do a body, and well, mind...good! Clearly Rage Yoga is on to something.  Plus I don't trust a person that can't let out a nice FUCK during a conversation.

Keeping it real is hands down the best form of communication and how more real does it get than SHIT, DAMN, MOTHER FUCKER!?  If you are my friend, you know sooooooo well that swearing is expected.  As a matter of fact I am pretty sure my mom friends would think I've fallen ill if they didn't hear a few cuss words during our conversations.  It's like a part of me, a part that I love and rely on.  A solid use of foul language can amplify any set of feelings in a conversation.  So fully expect swearing in my blog.  If that offends you, I'm sorry but I'm not sorry and maybe you should unlike my fucken blog page.  Nevertheless, you should try it, let go and give it a shot.  It feels good!

Trust me, I'm the honest friend.  And appreciate that mom friend of yours with the foul mouth...for she is most likely the trusted, honest and loyal friend that you need in your life.
